Our infrastructure is Cloud-based enabling us to scale existing applications in a matter of minutes whilst serverless microservice application designs give us a limitless ability to scale infrastructure without impacting performance.

Availability

We use an infrastructure that can sustain failure of all or part of a single regional availability zone, as we run across three zones and operate with no loss of functionality on two. Using multi-region active-active architecture on AWS, this enables us to improve latency for end-users and extend resiliency to handle partial or complete regional outages integral to a sophisticated disaster recovery protocol.

Security

We follow recognised best practices and recommendations when it comes to security. Back-end and mobile applications are regularly PEN tested to ensure the maximum level of security and compliance which are verified through regular internal and external audits. We have strong safeguards in place to help protect our customers' privacy with all data stored in highly secure AWS data centres.
