Denis Kalinin, Executive Committee Member
A Russian born physicist who started his career at the Russian space agency. Denis graduated from Russia’s elite science university with several awards before attending school in the USA. He was CEO for Sberbank Technologies, Russia’s largest bank’s Technology Division from 2011 to 2013.

Susan Feeney, Executive Committee Member
Susan is Country Manager for EuroOne’s Spanish business. She has an extensive background in global financial services and in particular consumer finance. She spent over ten years at MBNA and was previously EVP Business Development for MBNA holding various leadership roles in new business initiatives. In 2002, she led the business development and market entry strategies for the MBNA´s Spanish start-up, achieving breakthrough results in acquisition and performance. As European Market Executive for Bank of America, Susan continued her intrapreneurial focus leading international teams to further geographic and product line expansion. Susan has also led and advised for various early stage consumer product startups and market expansion initiatives.  

Rich House, Executive Committee Member
Rich has over thirty years of experience in consumer lending across a multitude of disciplines and has led businesses from inception to public listing. He was previously one of the co-founders  and then President of Atlanticus Holdings (formerly known as Compucredit Corporation), which has been a significant lender in the prime and non-prime markets in both the US and the UK. After leaving Atlanticus in 2014, Rich was CEO of Veta Finance, Ltd, established to provide technology solutions to lenders in the US and the UK.  Prior to Atlanticus, Rich was Managing Director of the Quantitative Solutions and Consulting Division of Equifax. He has a BS in Economics and an MA in Economics.
